Day 1 Favourite Taste of Thailand
08:30 a.m. Pick up from hotel and travel by car/ boat to The Thai House
10:30 a.m. Starting cooking class
Introduction to herbs and spices
Tom Yum Kung (Hot & Sour prawn soup)
Laab Moo Spicy (Savory pork salad)
Pad Thai (Thai-style fried noodles)
Kaeng Ka-Ri Kai (Yellow curry with chicken)
03:00p.m. Taste your dishes
05:30p.m. Visit local market.
Stay overnight at The Thai House
Day 2 Secrets of Thai Curry
07:00 a.m. Offering food to monk in a canal (optional)
08:30 a.m. Breakfast.
10:30 a.m. Starting cooking class
Tom Kha Kai (Chicken in coconut and galangal soup)
Pad Phrik Khing Moo (Savory fried pork with chili paste)
Gaeng Keow Wan Nuea (Green curry with beef)
Pumpkin in coconut milk (Dessert)
03:00p.m. Taste your dishes
03:30p.m. Travel to Bangkok by car

You will have time to have discussion and taste test all that is demonstrated. There will be water and snacks served along with your lesson
