Itinerary

Day 1 Favourite Taste of Thailand

08:30 a.m.  Pick up from hotel and travel by car/ boat to The Thai House

10:30 a.m.   Starting cooking class

                          Introduction to herbs and spices

Tom Yum Kung  (Hot & Sour prawn soup)

Laab Moo  (Savory pork salad)

Pad Thai  (Thai-style fried noodles)

Kaeng Ka-Ri Kai  (Yellow curry with chicken)

03:00p.m.  Taste your dishes

05:30p.m.   Visit local market.

Stay overnight at The Thai House

Day 2 Secrets of Thai Curry

07:00 a.m.   Offering food to monk in a canal (optional)

08:30 a.m.   Breakfast.

10:30 a.m.    Starting cooking class

Tom Kha Kai  (Chicken in coconut and galangal soup)

Pad Phrik Khing Moo  (Savory fried pork with chili paste)

Gaeng Keow Wan Nuea  (Green curry with beef)

Pumpkin in coconut milk  (Dessert)

03:00p.m.     Taste your dishes

Stay overnight at The Thai House

Day 3 Orchestra of Taste

08:30 a.m.   Breakfast.

10:30 a.m.    Starting cooking class

Gai Pad King  (Chicken fried with ginger)

Nam Phrik Ong  (Pork & Tomato chilli dip)

Pad Ka-prao Moo  (Fried spicy Thai basil pork)

Tom Jeud Moo Sub  (Clear soup with savoury pork balls)

Sweet sticky rice

03:00p.m.    Taste your dishes

Day 4

08:30 a.m.    Breakfast.

10:30 a.m.    Travel to Bangkok by car

Meals included in program:

Price  18,500.- Baht per person. Single supplement 700 Baht.

Minimum 1 person, Maximum 10 persons.

  • If there is only 1 person in the cooking class, we will pickup by car and arrange a boat trip at The Thai House
