Cooking Classes at The Thai House
Our cooking class started in 1991 after receiving many requests from our guests. Pip, our mother, shared her love of cooking and recipes that have been passed down from both her mother and Paiboone’s mother.
As our grandmothers came from different areas of Thailand, their approach to cooking was also different. We inherited and learned recipes and cooking tips by cooking side-by-side with Pip, Daeng (our aunt), and both our grandmothers.
